We will make every effort to ship regular (in-stock) orders within 1 business day of order placement. If an item is backordered, we will contact you promptly to give you an estimate of the expected shipment date. If you have multiple items backordered, they will ship together. If you choose to cancel your order, an account credit or refund will be given for the backordered item(s).
We offer free shipping on most orders over $250 which are shipped within the U.S. Free shipping does not apply to equipment purchases or to special promotions.
At this time, we are unable to ship outside the United States or Canada directly from our website. Please call our Customer Service Department for assistance if your order will be shipped to another country. We will be glad to provide a quote on international freight charges.
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your Rockstar purchase. However, if you do need to return a product, you will need to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Customer Service. This will allow us to properly process your return. You may make this request online by logging into My Account and navigating to Completed Orders. Alternatively, you may call our Customer Service Department at 800-243-5888. Our customer service representatives are available Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm PST. Returns may be authorized for up to 60 days from date of purchase.
We ask that returns of new, unused products be shipped in original, unopened packaging in order to receive credit. All returned items will be reviewed by our shipping and/or engineering departments. If it is determined that there was a shipping error or a defect in the product, we will promptly send a replacement product at Rockstar’s expense. Alternatively, you may request a credit or refund. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please note that due to our need to ensure product integrity, we are unable to accept returns of adhesives or polishing compounds.
