Rockstar Profile Wheels for Tile Saw


Our tile saw profile wheels are designed for serious production. There is no faster way to bullnose tiles than using our vacuum brazed wheels. These wheels are great for any size or type of tile, including ceramic, full body porcelain, marble or granite.

Rockstar Router Bits


Take any of our profile bits starting with the coarse (position 1), then follow with the medium (position 2) and finish with the fine (position 3). You can start polishing at 400 grit, thus eliminating the three lowest grits that cause ripples and erode any tight angles and radiuses.

Most CNC machine operators use only the coarse, medium and fine steps in their profiling/ polishing system. They hand polish from about 200 grit to buff to create a ripple free finish without horizontal lines. We have applied the same technology of the CNC metal bond tools to our router bits for portable machines.

Rockstar Router Bits for Grinders


Our grinder shaper bits come with 5/8 -11 female arbors to run on almost any grinder or polisher. Each bit has two independent steel (not plastic) bearings so they can be run wet or dry. One is a vertical stabilizer; the other is a horizontal stabilizer. The shaping is done with large particulate diamonds, vacuum brazed to the core of the bit.

		This bit can be used to profile an edge when you don’t have a router
		Perfect for shaping a tile or stone that is already installed

Rockstar Finger Bit and CNC Core Bit


The Rockstar finger bit uses arrayed diamond placement technology for perfect, even wear in a soft bond matrix. It cuts extremely fast. Our CNC core bit has a very tall, super-thin rim. It blazes through the hardest stones without blowing out the bottom of the stone. This tool will cut hundreds of holes, not dozens. Standard size is 1 3/8” diameter.
